The Lake District
Just simply a stunning place, with so many opportunities, I personally adore photographing from the lakes themselves, or on top of some of the hills.
My favourite times of year for the Lake District has to be either Spring and Summer - especially if we manage to get lucky enough for some cotton grass.
I tend to visit The Lake District at least once a year, but more often than not more than that. If I'm already visiting, there's no need to pay a travel fee.

A quiet, moody location. 30 seconds from the parking, then immediately on location. Perfect for a sunset stroll, with the dogs running through the waves.
While there isn't a huge amount of option in terms of locations, it's a beautiful, easily accessible location that would be suitable for most pets.

An iconic place like Buttermere needs no introduction, shooting directly from the lakeshore to the mountains in the background make for a stunning backdrop.
The perfect location for pets that love water, though there is also some woodland on the walk around. Perfect in a moody misty morning like these, or on a beautiful sunrise.
This location is more on the busy side, and requires about a 10 minute walk from the parking to the lake.

Another better known location in the Lake District, though this one doesn't tend to get too busy, and it's usually easy enough to find your own spot away from others.
There's lots to choose from here; from lake shots to the jetties dotted around. This location would work in all weather; sunrise, sunset, morning or evening.
It does involve a little bit of walking to reach each location; around 10 minutes at most.

THE LANGDALES
One of my absolute all time favourites when it comes to Photoshoot locations. This location really does have it all.
Lots of different options from water shots to portraits with the mountains in the background. This location is right next to the parking, which makes it accessible for most pets. There's also the option to walk approx 20 minutes to one of the nearby hills - Side Pike - for some more mountain vibes. Side Pike does involve climbing up some steep sections, so best to double check with me if this is suitable. In the spring time there may be a promise of cotton grass, and this is a location that is perfect Spring through Autumn. Perfect in the afternoon and evening light.
